– If the reference you received is not the one ordered. You then have 7 days to send us an email from this page to report the incident and we will send you a prepaid label as soon as possible in order to exchange with the right product.
-For hygienic reasons we cannot take back oils, musk, any product in the form of oil because of the risk of contamination. Just like you wouldn’t want a used bottle, you can imagine the others either.
– If you wish to return a conforming but unwanted product, which is new in its blister box, you can then return it (s) to us up to 14 days after receipt in order to make an exchange or refund. The shipping date of the return package making times. Sealed products such as spray perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged when they have been opened.
– Also the withdrawal periods are 14 days from receipt of the package or order!
– Products sold, discounted or on promotions will not be refunded but just exchangeable or returned for credit.
How do I return my order ?
To return my order, it’s very simple:
1. I pack my product (s) as best as possible to avoid breakage:
– I take care to call the products in a thick package or better, in the original package.
– I write on order paper my order number and the reason for my return
2. I ship my package at my expense, to the return address that we will communicate to you.
Upon receipt, we check your product (s) in accordance with our Return Conditions, available in our General Sales Conditions.
If the product conforms, that is to say it is new and in its original packaging, we will reimburse you via your original payment method or with a credit corresponding to the purchase amount of your / your product (s) (s).
Otherwise, we will not be able to reimburse the product (s). We will send it back to you.
