The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations between La Parfumerie Al Wassila and the customer, applying without restriction or reservation to all sales of products appearing on the website. Confirming an order implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Each consumer also acknowledges having full legal capacity in order to be able to commit to it.

The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price with shipping costs, expressed all taxes included.

5-Delivery

6-Delivery problem

All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must report to the carrier (or the postman) the slightest trace of shock (Holes, traces of crushing etc …) on the package, and if necessary to refuse the package. A new identical product will then be returned to you free of charge.

The exchange of any product declared, afterwards, damaged during transport, without any reservation having been made upon receipt of the package, cannot be taken care of.

As in any shipment, it is possible to be delayed or the product to get lost. In such a case, we contract the carrier to start an investigation. All efforts are made, as long as necessary, to find this package. If necessary, the merchant will be reimbursed by the carrier and will deliver a new parcel identical to his expense.

We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products, bad weather or strikes. Any anomalies concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged parcel, broken products …) must imperatively be indicated on the delivery slip in the form of “ handwritten reserve ”, accompanied by the client’s signature.

The consumer must at the same time confirm this anomaly by sending to the transporter, within two working days following the delivery date, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out said complaints.

7-Delivery errors

The consumer will have to formulate with the person in charge, the very day of the delivery or at the latest the first working day following the delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and / or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to indications appearing on the order form.

Any complaint not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits could not be taken into account and will release La Parfumerie Al Wassila from any responsibility towards the consumer.

In the event of a delivery or exchange error, any product to be exchanged or reimbursed must be returned after informing the manager within 7 working days, in its entirety and in its original packaging in impeccable condition.

To be accepted, all returns must be reported and have the prior agreement of the manager, who if agreed will redirect the package to the right address.

The shipping costs are borne by La Parfumerie Al Wassila, except in the event that it turns out that the product does not correspond to the declaration of origin made by the consumer in the correct sense of return.

8-Satisfied or reimbursed

The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons.

In accordance with articles L. 120-20, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at his expense, products that do not suit him (excluding product promotion). 12- Returns

In the event of a technical anomaly in the Product or an error in the reference delivered, the Customer will follow the product return procedure described below. The costs and risks of return are always borne by the Customer. Only a voucher for the value of the Colissimo package in force on the site in mainland France or the value of the package in force in the customer’s country of delivery will be produced by La Parfumerie Al Wassila, if the products delivered do not correspond to the ordered references. The products must be returned complete in simple Colissimo shipment, or equivalent economic shipment without option or signature, in perfect condition and in their original packaging placed in a blank cardboard taking care not to place any writing or tape on the packaging originals.
